What data we process and why

Demo form

We collect the academy name, contact email, number of students, syllabus hours, platform and anything written in the free-text field.

• Purpose: reply and prepare a tailored demonstration.
• Legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested by the person (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Retention: up to 24 months after the last contact, or until deletion is requested.

Visit measurement

We measure visits in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, creates no persistent identifiers and collects no personal data.

• Purpose: understand which pages are useful.
• Legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring our own site (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Recipients

We do not share data with third parties or use it for advertising. Service providers act as processors for hosting, form delivery, email and analytics, with EEA processing or appropriate transfer safeguards.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to hola@impronta.video from the address you used to contact us. We reply within one month.

You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Students' data

When an academy uses the platform, the academy is controller of its students' data and we act as processor. We process it only on instructions to identify students, control access and measure viewing.

A leaked copy is recognised by an internal code. By itself it does not reveal the student; only the academy's installation can associate it with a person.

Material changes to this policy will be shown on this page with the review date.
