Watched hours are what students watch, not what you upload: you can enrol a thousand people without paying more if only a hundred watch. Usage is visible in the dashboard at any time, not only when the invoice arrives. All prices exclude VAT.
The student estimate assumes about 11 watched hours per student per month. It is guidance, not an enrolment limit.

About the invoice
Why charge by watched hours rather than students?
Because it is fairer and more predictable: you pay for the video your students actually watch. Enrolling more people does not raise the bill unless consumption rises.
Watched hours are rounded to the minute and visible in the dashboard at any time. You do not need to wait for the invoice to know where you stand.
What if I exceed the included hours?
Nothing stops in Basic or Professional. The first 1,000 additional hours cost €0.04/h on Basic and €0.08/h on Professional. Above 2,500 hours on Basic or 6,000 on Professional, we will review your use with you and may propose a higher rate for the next billing period. Until then, hours used in the current period keep your plan’s additional-hour rate; we never apply a price increase retroactively.
The only exception is the trial: it stops at 150 hours, otherwise it would be a free plan rather than a trial.
What does “total duration of your classes” mean?
It is the total video duration you have uploaded, which determines storage use. It differs from watched hours: one hundred hours of material watched by one student is one hundred stored hours and one hundred watched hours; if fifty students watch it, storage remains one hundred hours while viewing becomes five thousand hours.
How many students fit in each plan?
Paid plans do not limit enrolments. For comparison, we use a reference of about 11 watched hours per student each month: Basic is roughly 135 students and Professional roughly 450. Academy is quoted individually for more than 10,000 hours a month.
If students watch less, more fit; if they consume more material, fewer do. The dashboard shows actual monthly use.
What happens if someone tries to download a class?
You decide whether to receive an alert without interrupting the student or stop suspicious playback. We do not claim to prevent every copy because a screen can always be recorded.
You can also record the student's identity into parts of the video. If someone obtains a copy, it remains identifiable. This option costs +€19/month in Basic, +€59/month in Professional and is quoted for Academy.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Change or cancel month to month. The annual option is a discount for paying ahead, not a one-year lock-in: if you cancel halfway through, unused months are refunded.
Is there an extra cost for delivering video?
If we host your videos, delivery is included in the price and watched-hour allowance. If you keep them in your own account, you pay those provider costs directly and the plan covers the platform.
What do I need for the 30-day trial?
A Moodle where Impronta can be added and a class to test. No card is required: after 30 days or 150 watched hours, the account stops and you decide. Nothing is deleted meanwhile.
